The location is perfect, close to the Universal studio. They provided the free shuttle bus. Check-in and check-out was smoother in the advanced online process. It was cleaned daily. The staff was responsive and friendly.

There was only 1 time for the shuttle to Universal.

The hotel was clean, staff was helpful, and the breakfast was pretty decent.
Breakfast could start a little earlier and have some fruits. The hairdryer kept turning off (I think it was overheating, but super quickly).

We booked at the last minute to stay another night in Orlando and picked this hotel after our 1st night was at a different hotel. We made a great choice! The beds were super comfy! The air conditioning in the room was perfect--kept us cool at night. The showers were hot too! We had a quick breakfast in the morning, and there were a ton of options. Definitely adding this hotel to my list of "Would Book Again" for Orlando.

The hotel was nice and clean. It offered a large selection for the hot breakfast and shuttle service to Universal Studios. It was close to stores and free on-site parking. I would definitely stay again.

The location to the Universal parks was great.
I am incredibly disappointed. The entire main lobby and elevators reeked of weed our entire stay. It was absolutely disgusting! Either the people working here don’t know what it smells like, or just don’t care.

The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly. Great location, right down the street from Universal and like 15 minutes to SeaWorld. There was also lots of food options less than 10 mins time.
The bathroom wasn’t very clean. There were hair on the shower and throughout the tub. Breakfast was okay but better option than most places I’ve stayed.
