We enjoyed breakfast on floor seven. The service was excekllent. Loved the smoothie. Of course pricey but that is the deal. We had dinner one night. Good but not great. Concierge services were terrific.
Room and service were excellent.
Not much. I could complain about lobby being too cold but who cares.

A pleasant hotel with beautiful and clean rooms, great location, and friendly staff. We were satisfied with our stay.
Unclear breakfast system – it seemed to be included, but we had to pay extra, and there were no refunds if we skipped it. A classic buffet is more familiar and convenient. Also, there were no dental kits, which are usually provided in 5-star hotels.

The property is exceptional, location and facility very good.
I am having billing issues, although I have paid total amount, they are still withholding the insurance amount on my credit card while checking in and not returning my calls. This is a shame for Hyatt.
