Location was good for the area. Staff were courteous and helpful.
Room was booked for 2 double beds along with refrigerator and microwave. Room did not have appliances and had a cot for the second bed. Mold growing on bathroom ceiling, paint chipping from walls and just very run down. AC did not work and room was hot.

It was fine for the price. Good neighborhood.
Staff not helpful. Stairs out front and going down to the quite negligible breakfast were very hard to navigate. Only one cup in a 2-bedded room.

The location was everything. The decor was great. Historical, informative, pleasing. The high ceilings were lovely and the amenities meet our needs.
Our particular room must have been located behind the elevator or beside a heavy machine that powers the climate system. There was a mechanical hum and vibration that exceeded white noise level. Occasionally it would cycle off and everything was perfect. But it remained quite prevalent during our time in room.

Great location with everything very walkable. A lovely quaint place with historical features throughout
Cleaning could have been better - we found someone's socks in the corner. We had rooms at the front and the windows didn't seem to close all the way so was a little chilly but beds were warm and cosy

Well situated in the middle of Fell's Point. Close to many attractions, night life and restaurants.
With the hotel being historic and preserved, there are areas that need to be spruce up and/or repaired.

Liked NOTHING.
The room fee doubled w confirmation before check in.
I requested a HANDICAPPED Room. None was given or available. I was unable to use the bathroom facilities, having to excrete my waste into a plastic container.
There was a Street Fair in the area, closing many roads in the area, making it impossible to drive to the entrance of the hotel. Being handicap, l had travel w all my personal items on my lap, riding on my electric machine on narrow and extremely bad sidewalks.
I WANT A REFUND! I have NEVER had such a horrible experience.
