The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Baltimore. It has a friendly and helpful staff. The manager is fantastic. He is polite, attentive and cares about the guests. It's because of him and his team that has made me return to that location.

Great location for my conference at the Hilton. Bathroom amenities were sustainable refillable containers. Nice comfortable bed and pillows. Great customer service and quick response when I was trying to contact them since I was arriving in Baltimore later than the check in times.
A bit on the expensive side. Breakfast is not great and for a hotel touting sustainability, everything was single use and disposable at breakfast.

The hotel was fine and met my expectations, except for the lack of an airport shuttle. I specifically chose shuttle in my filters because I knew I was coming in late and alone.

The bathroom wallpaper had a stain & was coming off behind the toilet.Bodywash completely empty & no shampoo either (the refillable ones, not the disposable bottles).
The manager never followed up on my black dress I left in the closet its been 5 days and he said he would check with housekeeping.

The location was amazing for the Baltimore Eagles game. We were quite pleased with the location.
They had said it had a heated pool, but it wasnt heated, which made it unswimmable! after the reason I go to these hotels is to swim and that was very disappointing.
