Convenient location, friendly staff, clean, comfortable
I wanted to leave a tip for the maid but only had large bills. I wanted to break it at the front desk but they said it was a no cash hotel. It would be nice if we could electronically tip the staff. Also we had two dogs, and there is no area for them to do their business

I love everything from the moment we arrived to when we left. MacKenzie was absolutely great and was nice and helpful and looked like he knew what he was doing.
Only thing was there was no clear sign to pull up to the right when leaving the hotel. I had to go back inside and ask because the automatic gate wouldn't open when I pulled up.

It was clean
They falsely advertised and booked a suite that they no longer offer that would have had 3 beds for our 6 guests and then refused an appropriate alternative with adequate beds for all of our booked guests. We were only offered a room with 2 queen beds only allowing beds for 4/6 guests and they refused to provide cots or extra bedding necessary to make the floor a more comfortable sleeping position for our older children in attendance. As we were embarking on a cruise in the morning we were unable to find last minute accommodations at a different hotel either and felt trapped in a strange city and taken advantage of by this facility. This property should not be allowed to continue accepting bookings for rooms they have not had available since they remodeled and then ensnaring unsuspecting travelers.
