overall its a nice place to stay, parking garage across the street from hotel is a cheaper option vs valet, when we were checking out there was noone at the front desk or restaurant which was kind of odd.
staff was not very personal, stood at the front desk for a bit while two workers were discussing things between themselves.

Coffee machine seem to be broken, so no coffee. Needs more lighting in the bedroom. No one available at the front door Which had steps up to assist senior citizen with two heavy bags.

The bathroom in our room had no fan and no towel rack or hooks to hang up a towel - have never stayed in a hotel that didn't have those!

I book the room with breakfast, but when I went to breakfast they requested me to pay. After I show them my booking reference, the person in front desk just said they made mistake. Yet, even he admit he made mistake he did not proactively provide meal tickets. After I order the breakfast, the waiter in the restaurant hand me the bill and show it was not free. I told the waiter again, he said i need to get the ticket from front desk. So, I have to back to the front desk again.
I have been kept wait for the breakfast for an hour to get my meal for take out service and they automatically charge me $8 for the tips without asking me.
I would never stay at the same hotel anymore.

It was close to the music venue I was working in. I also like the garage right across the street. It is closed up at night for security and is easy to get in and out of.
My room didn’t smell great. It looked nice and clean, but had a musty sort of odor. I arrived late and was exhausted, so, I just stayed put, but, the smell was not super welcoming. The air was off, once I turned it on, it helped. I have a feeling it smelled because the air had been off, perhaps even for a while if they haven’t used the room.

I liked that you needed a key to go up the elevator. Bathrooms were nice and bright.
It was close to an event we were attending, that’s why we stayed there. We won’t stay again though. There were homeless people everywhere and they would yell at us when we walked by. The staff wasn’t very welcoming and didn’t smile.

I really love this hotel, it's real clean and decent, kinda reminds me of a new era roman times, it's a bar inside, a security guard at night i seen, I also liked how the key card feature is and how much of security measures they go thru u can't get on the elevator without using your key card
I'm not sure if it was me on the type of room I chose or what buty room didn't have a microwave, otherwise I had no other issues,I gotta double check the amenities again

I don’t even know where to start. One word, WONDERFUL! From the front staff, to the Valet, the server and Bartender working at Poet’s (hotel restaurant) this hotel exceeded my expectations! The front staff were very accommodating and helped to make my stay as relaxing as possible. I was there for work and it felt like a mini vacation.
I highly recommended this hotel and do hope others have the same experience as I did!
I was also there when the hotel was decorated for Christmas and it was BEAUTIFUL!!!
