Very Poor
Location to everything we went to was excellent. Breakfast was good.
The room i reserved 2 months in advance was over booked so I couldn't get the double queen. Had to get the king. Which we needed two beds. Sleeping arrangements were not ideal with a King Suite. Next day we were able to get the right kind of room. First they sent us to a room that someone already had all their stuff in. So we had to take all of our luggage and kids down to the lobby while they figured it out. Very inconvenient. The pool was tiny and you had to reserve a time to go down. I always get a hotel with a pool because the kids love it. We were able to swim ONE hour in 3 days. Will never go back.

The front welcoming staff is excellent and attentive.
The pool was very small, freezing, and mildewed. Had a gas odor coming from the vents the first night, it was rectified by day 2. Put in two orders for extra linens, never received them during the stay

I like that it was easy to get from the hotel to where we needed to be.
The air wasn’t working in my daughter’s room. It was 80 degrees in her room all night. The doors are extremely loud. Breakfast wasn’t really good. And they close the pool way too early

The only thing I liked was the cleanliness
There is no parking, and you have to carry your luggage for blocks. You need to make a reservation to use the pool, and this was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. The walls are paper thin. We had to call the front desk/security over 5 times to complain about our neighbors keeping us up until 3am one night and 2am the next. Not ideal for traveling with a 1 year old!

The room was a good size, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and all the spaces I used (bar, lounge area and room) were clean.
Two complaints: one of the days there was no cool for the bar / restaurant so I could not get dinner there is the first. Second, there were a few hours between when room service came and cleaned my room and took used towels and replaced them with new ones which was an inconvenience when I needed to get ready / shower

The refrigerator made noise So i had to unplug it, the mattress on the pullout couch was horrible the floor was more comfortable. The temperature could not be adjusted to get cooler in the room. The bathroom door would not close all the way due to the track not being set level. But the location is great the staff is fantastic and the hotel is very clean and secure.

The lady at the front desk was exceptional! I really liked being able to text for an early check in. The valet gentleman was great too.
We needed linens for the pull out sofa. They brought up just a fitted sheet with no blanket.
