The location was great!!! Within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Parking was also convenient
The hotel could use some updates. The bathroom was pretty dated. The bedding was not that great either.

The location.
The rooms were expensive for nothing. I got a room with a harbor view with no harbor view and it was overpriced. Bad business.

Property was close to everything we wanted to do and connected to the convention center which made it easily accessible in the rain.
The lobby and bar were lovely.
We arrived 30 minutes early and were told our room was ready but it would cost $25 for “early check in” so we had to sit and wait for 30 minutes to avoid the fee even though the room was ready.
There were no comforters or warm blankets on the bed. Just sheets.

How clean it was and close to everything and staff were very friendly.
That we had to pay for parking ! That none of the rooms have microwaves and also that the rooftop isn’t open.

it was convenient to the harbor and also convenient to the convention center which is where our event was
The free breakfast was difficult to get you had to sit down at a restaurant. We did not have time for that so we were unable to utilize it. The other thing was we had asked for a rollaway, and it took hours to get it. I called the front desk a few times and no one answered the phone staff are very friendly very nice but that was a little difficult as I was trying to call to again get the rollaway so that we could go to bed. Facility was beautiful again the staff were very friendly nice people, but it was just difficult to get someone and take a difficult to get what you needed

The staff were very nice. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. It connected to the convention center which was very convenient. The only thing that we didn’t like was how loud the traffic was outside the hotel. Our room was facing the harbor and you could hear everything, all night long. It wasn’t the hotels fault, but there were so many really loud bikes that went by constantly and made sleeping difficult.
