I liked that it was convenient to downtown and the staff had good customer service. I also liked the access to cable and Wi-Fi
Was up all night because you can hear everything going on outside. People were yelling and running up and down the promenade, in the room next door and the floors were squeaky inside and outside the room

Convenient to my location of travel. Reasonable price.
Man at check in demanded a cash deposit of 100$ when I told him I didn’t have it he said then 20$ and you’ll get it back. I firmly said several times I didn’t have any cash, I don’t travel with cash! He finally let up about it.
Also, toilet wasn’t cleaned well… sink clogged up and had a long hair in it when I first got there. Also no place to set suitcase to open it. Except the bed- had a table but I used that for my food and drinks.

nothing it was a horrible experience all together
customer service was horrible they were rude , the smell of the room was disgusting , the bed linen was outdated and uncomfortable, never recived the wifi password
