The location was great and is easy to reach with public transportation. Literally at the water and just across the aquarium, some food options for various budgets are close-by. The room, including bathroom, was big and comfy overall. Staff was nice.
Overall, the hotel is ageing. Carpet is not nicely laid, the bathtub had rust around the drain, towels were scratchy (I say that as someone who doesn't even use fabric softener at home at all). I wouldn't recommend the breakfast options, it was very barebones (talking instant oatmeal etc). The window is not well soundproofed.

I love the view and location. The bed was very comfortable but the room can be updated. The rug was really old and night stand needs to be reinstalled. Rm need improvement.

Great location within walking distance of many sights and shopping.
Breakfast was very poor. We only ate once at the hotel. The overall expectation was met but the hotel needs an upgrade. Much of the upholstery is sagging and look is a little worn.

I liked that the beds were comfortable and the reoom was clean.
When I arrived to my room I noticed there was not a coffee maker or a microwave which what was included in the room. I went to the front desk to inquire but the gentleman said he couldn't give me a coffee maker and offered no alternatives. I did not purchase the continental breakfast the next morning but only wanted coffee and they were going to charge me so just being frustrated I resorted to walking down the street to grab a coffee and waffles for my family which was a better deal than purchasing conitinental breakfast for 3 people.

We have appointments in Baltimore and usually check in around 6pm and we’re out early morning. I find the $30 fee for parking high and fell breakfast should be included. It’s a convenient location, but the lobby and rooms are dark.

It was a lovely hotel. The thing I didn’t like was I upgraded to a balcony room. There was no balcony. It is a door that opens and looked down on the air conditioner and heat. It was sooooooo loud that we couldn’t open the door and even a little annoying even when the door was closed.
False advertising for balcony rooms. I paid an upgrade fee and didn’t actually have a balcony.

The location was lovely, right on the water along Pier 5
Room was dim lit even with all the lamps on, we could barely see when unpacking and packing. My daughter had trouble seeing her coloring book.
Bathroom sink was so shallow you couldn't even fill a cup of water without contortionist level work.
Fridge had just been turned on when we got to the room, so items could not be frozen, and milk for daughter's bottle went bad. We had to go to 7-11 to get more.
When I sat on the carpet to help my daughter get her socks on, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and/or weed.
One of the backs of the bar stool chair was completely broken and just loosely hooked on to the back. It fell off when my husband sat down and he almost fell off himself.
The balcony would have been nice if it hadn't flooded when it rained, so there was a large puddle across the entire floor, formed in a recessed dip that really should be repaired. So we couldn't enjoy one of the primary features of the room we had paid for.
The staff was unhelpful in addressing the last-minute unavailability of a hot breakfast that we had pre-paid. No offer of automatic refund was made to us, they seemed indifferent to our complaints, and we had to spend time waiting to speak to a manager, who was also uninterested in guest feedback. The cold breakfast was OK, but the coffee was terrible (had to throw it out) and there were not enough utensils.
Parking was offered at $30 for 24 hours. But we discovered that directly adjacent to the hotel there is the Pier 6 parking lot that was $20 for overnight parking, even past 24 hours. That's what we did, fortunately. So, don't park at the hotel.
We have stayed in more thoughtful, better maintained hotels for this price range, as well as been welcomed by staff that were aware of hospitality standards. This seemed more like a motel than a hotel. Really disappointing. We had thought it would be nice based on the photos, which was our mistake. Strongly suggest you stay elsewhere.

It was on the bay.
It was expensive and you had to pay for everything including breakfast,parking and a hold on the card.
