Location is close to everything. Room was very spacious.
Our air wouldn’t stay on. We called twice and nobody came to fix it. You can also hear everything in the hall and the next rooms. Staff is a little abrasive if you have questions.

The hotel staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. The rooms are a good size for a family of four. The room was clean.
The price of the hotel for 2 nights was pricey and having to pay for valet parking plus the hotel stay in a lot. The parking should be included. Some cable channels were not working so I missed the missed NBA playoff games. The beds were uncomfortable especially if you have back issues.

Great place to stay. We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and we had a good view of the harbor from it. Everything was in walking distance from the hotel, the only bad thing was that we didn't have the best weather when we were there but that wasn't the hotel's fault. We were able to get discount tickets to the Aquarium at the hotel, we just had to ask the desk clerk to sign us in to the computer to do it. The continental breakfast was what you usually get and it was good, except for the juice. For some reason the juice dispenser didn't serve the juice cold, and the orange juice was awful. We are actually staying there again later this summer and taking our grandson.

Easy parking and good walking distance to inner harbor
Old run down . Room needed paint and. Repair . First floor room was so noisy from street noise and light from street I could not sleep at all.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was comfortable and clean, and because I stayed there for 9 nights I really appreciated having a little kitchen to cook/store food in. I also appreciated the fitness centre which was well equipped. In a really great part of the city, close to downtown/inner harbour and within walking distance to most of the main sites. The breakfast was also generous. Would highly recommend!
The only slight negative is that I could hear my neighbour on the phone next door but apart from that, it was quiet. I never raised the issue with reception though so I'm not sure if they would have done something!

Beautiful old building that has been redecorated really nicely. I slept so well at this property. The kitchen facilities were the main reason I stayed here and they were very nice. However, there isn't a grocery store nearby so I had a delivery through Amazon from Whole Foods. It's something to be aware of if you are planning on cooking and need groceries. I liked the breakfast and all-day coffee/tea. The staff were super nice and helpful and efficient. I liked the gym which was basic and in the basement but very clean and had everything I needed.
At certain times of the day, the shower water took a long time to heat up. It got very hot but I had to get used to starting the water several minutes before I actually got in. It wasn't a problem but I had to adjust. The hotel is on a side street that gets quiet at night. It's a little off the main drag of the inner harbor so not a problem but something to be aware of.

Lack of rules around etiquette in the restaurant. There should be rules around people not showing up for breakfast in night wear and bath robes as it’s just disgusting

I liked that there were dishes and pans to use
Strip clubs behind the place. Lack of attentiveness and kindness from the staff.
The room was dirty (thick buildup of dust/dirt on fridge.
Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable
