The desk lady was nice although she was on the phone and I had to say “hello” to catch her attention.
The bed was squeaky , had to change rooms 3 times, tub was stopped up, not clean

Not a damn thing
No TV remote, my room was infested with freaking roaches. The whole 6 floor was filthy and dirty and all you can smell is people smoking weed in the hotel rooms and the elevator. That hotel is thee worst hotel I've been in .

Everything! Well where should I start. For beginners when I checked in there were food wrappers & garbage all over the room. Plus the TV didn't have any signal. We moved rooms only to find a dead roach on the back of our toilet seat. Some white paper or maybe even tissue all over the floor. This TV also didn't have any signal. I told them and they informed me that the maintenance man would come to take a look at it. Guess what he never showed in the 24h frame that I stayed there. Roaches crawling across the ceiling and sink. Peep this Saturday afternoon when I left out towards the elevator I fell on the floor right in front of it. No wet floor signs. Garbage piled up in the hallways. Roach motels in every loving corner. Just an outright disgrace to humanity! I WOULD NEVA!!! If I had the correct contact information I would have them shut down INSTANTLY!!!
