The only positive experience I had during my stay was the front desk staff's willingness to help with my refund. Once they realized I had been charged twice for the room due to a miscommunication between Booking.com and the hotel, the staff member promptly issued a refund—though I was told it would still take 5–7 days to process.

After receiving an email confirming my stay, I was asked to provide a credit card to hold the reservation—only to later find I had been charged again. The one positive experience was that, once the front desk staff became aware of the issue, they processed a refund. However, I was informed it would still take 5–7 business days to reflect in my account.
Unfortunately, the condition of the room was disappointing. The floor was still wet from mopping—when I used a towel to help dry it, the towel came back brown. There were crumbs on the chairs, and personal items from previous guests had been left behind. Although it was a non-smoking room, it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Most concerning was a plastic bag wrapped around the fire alarm, which housekeeping had clearly overlooked.
Additionally, the surrounding area had a strong, persistent smell of marijuana. Since recreational use is legal in the state, the odor was noticeable throughout the vicinity, which could be off-putting to some guests.
Breakfast was a joke. There was only a basket of crackers.

I the location close to the store and restaurants and highway. Not to fare from where I was going.
No cabinet to hang your clothes bag the floor was not clean in the room, Need more elevators.

No pool. No bathroom in lobby while waiting for check in. No place to sit for little breakfast they had.
