The only positive experience I had during my stay was the front desk staff's willingness to help with my refund. Once they realized I had been charged twice for the room due to a miscommunication between Booking.com and the hotel, the staff member promptly issued a refund—though I was told it would still take 5–7 days to process.
I was charged twice for my room due to a miscommunication between Booking.com and the facility. After receiving an email confirming my stay, I was asked to provide a credit card to hold the reservation—only to later find I had been charged again. The one positive experience was that, once the front desk staff became aware of the issue, they processed a refund. However, I was informed it would still take 5–7 business days to reflect in my account.
Unfortunately, the condition of the room was disappointing. The floor was still wet from mopping—when I used a towel to help dry it, the towel came back brown. There were crumbs on the chairs, and personal items from previous guests had been left behind. Although it was a non-smoking room, it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Most concerning was a plastic bag wrapped around the fire alarm, which housekeeping had clearly overlooked.
Additionally, the surrounding area had a strong, persistent smell of marijuana. Since recreational use is legal in the state, the odor was noticeable throughout the vicinity, which could be off-putting to some guests.
Breakfast was a joke. There was only a basket of crackers.

I the location close to the store and restaurants and highway. Not to fare from where I was going.
No cabinet to hang your clothes bag the floor was not clean in the room, Need more elevators.
