The bed.
There were roaches in our room. I was charged twice and still have yet to receive a refund or my initial deposit. The breakfast was terrible, it tasted like cardboard. Staff was not welcoming or friendly, except for one woman that was really nice throughout stay and helped with extended checkout.

The location is incredibly convenient, with a Walmart, Popeyes, and McDonald's all directly across the street. There's also a gas station and convenience store right on the property, so you never have to go far for anything you need. The parking lot is spacious, making it easy to find a spot.
I cannot recommend this motel. While the price might seem appealing, it truly is too good to be true, and staying here was a regrettable experience filled with major inconveniences and serious health concerns.
From the start, basic maintenance issues were apparent: the elevator is extremely slow (take the stairs if you can), the bathroom light was dim, the sink faucet was unstable, and the window curtains were visibly dirty.
However, the real problems began with service failures. The water was unexpectedly turned off mid-shower without any prior warning or notice. My husband and I had to go to another room just to finish getting clean. When I brought this disruptive issue to the front desk and asked for a discount, I was immediately told no.
The final straw and the most alarming issue occurred when we found a bed bug in the bed where my children were sleeping. This is a severe health and safety violation. The response from the front desk was minimal; my options were limited to either receiving clean linens to use on the infested bed or switching to a different room with a king-size bed (not ideal for a family).
Despite the multitude of problems, including a confirmed pest issue and lack of running water, management refused any form of refund or discount for our troubles.
I will not be staying here again and strongly advise others to book elsewhere. The low rates do not justify the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and poor customer service.
