need a light in the carport and light outside front entrance to unit- hard to see to input code! Outdated building.

The location was great, and the condo was very comfortable.
The coin op laundry had different prices on different machines and the dryer wasn't taking coins.

Location is excellent relative to dining and shopping downtown. Condo was clean, complete and modern. Covered, off-street parking was appreciated on the day it rained. Communication with property manager was easy.
Nice to have the portable A/C, however the cool air had trouble reaching the bedrooms during the unusually warm stretch we were there.

Very Good
The condo is small but quaint, nice touches like a welcome bottle of wine and cold beer in the fridge! Also nice to have an ironing board and iron. The Keurig coffee maker didnt work but theres a coffee shop next door so no big deal. There was also a small drip coffee maker. Beds are comfortable, place was clean, kitchen tiny but sufficient. You can walk anywhere from there, very centrally located.
The kitchen table and chairs might need replacing soon, theyre a bit wobbly and creaky. The close proximity to the train tracks makes it noisy if you want to have the windows open at night.
