The bed was very comfortable. The terrace was big but dirty. Location was perfect for our occasion.
All the doors in the ph (front, terrace(had no lock on it) and bathroom) needed to be pushed to close properly. There were no glasses or mugs. No coffee or tea for the mornings. Shower was tiny and smelled like mold. There are neon billboards that flashed all night thru window in bathroom which would have been okay if the door was wooden and not made of glass. The terrace door leaked when it rained.

Comfy bed.
Door handle in bathroom fell off. Dodgy electrics. Lights take a couple seconds to turn on and dim when you use the iron. Aircon didn't work and service person needed to come in and fix it on first day. Very noisy aircon unit right next to bed, though the airplugs in bedside drawer helped a little. Terrible service. I didn't get a chance to give my room number before staff started talking about some other guests, making assumptions. We arranged a late check-out. I had a feeling staff wouldn't bother telling their colleagues about the arrangement. Sure enough, there was a knock on the door with staff saying we were late checking out. At check-out, staff member was eating lunch next door and said to just drop key cards at desk. I said I wanted to give feedback. I mentioned the door handle and lights (worried it was due to bad electrical wiring). I got the impression that the staff member didn't care and that inspired me to write this review.

Location. Room and bathroom decor were cute.
Window in my room was was filthy. Staff didn't inform me of hotel parking garage discount, so I paid more than I should have. Now I know to ask.

The room was NOT as listed. It was suppose to be a suite, but was not. They said that having a tub made it count as a suite. The was also a flashing billboard going into the window all night

The staff were friendly and helpful.
We have been to New York before and I was dissapointed in the room, I understand all the rooms are small however This was ridiculously smalll. It was difficult for 2 people to move around the room together! Apparently we were given a bigger room!! I would hate to see the smaller rooms! Room was dark and there was an issue with the water as it wouldnt drain properly from the shower. Mentioned it to the helpful staff however it was never fixed.

Easy walking distance to metro, walking everywhere or to get a taxi.
Right in the center of Broadway, close to all action.
The room size was so small, I know is normal for New York, but that was my least favorite feature of the room.

Location is at the heart of Times Square... However, the rooms are extremely small, Very noisy from the from Zircon/heating systems, no amenities in the room, not even a kettle for coffee, nearly no water given and shower systems don't work well. if you need comfort, this is NOT the place, if you need functionality, you came to the right place
Well for the price I paid per room, I could have added just a bit more and got myself a decent room with some facilities
