I guess, I can say the property was OK, not like a 5 star like the Marriott Hotel. but some of the staff were friendly, some others more rude than ever. They didn’t have laundry facilities, to make it convenience for some of others.
I didn’t like the fact that it didn’t have laundry facilities, it didn’t a have lobby areas where you can sit to read a book if you didn’t want to be in the room, or a waiting area like others hotel.

The Room set up
We had the most noisy disrespectful neighbors on the 4th floor. They knocked on our door at about 11pm-12pm at night, played in the hall, gathered with others joking around. The breakfast was ok but that gravy was so salty it messed up the biscuit and gravy. The restroom has no Ventilation and once you take a shower it felt stuffy. Pillows would go flat it hurt my neck.

Nice area
poor customer service I asked the staff 3 times during the day to clean my room and change towels and need toilet paper and I had to go to the front desk to get everything myself at the end of the day
