I didn’t like anything about the property. Upon arrival, I felt a bit uneasy but I didn’t know why.
Our truck was stolen from the parking lot, and unfortunately, the staff was unhelpful in assisting us with notifying the authorities. Their lack of reaction to the incident was concerning, as they refused to review the camera footage. We were informed that only the manager could access the footage to provide it to the police, and that would not occur until Monday. This theft happened on Good Friday, and we had not even been at the hotel for a full day. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, as it is evident that vehicles are not secure on their premises.

I liked the way the hotel was styled- it was a mix of modern and art deco. I liked the record players in every room- so unique. The room itself was nice, although dark and not a lot of natural sunlight. I also prefer when there is a proper bathroom door instead of a sliding door.
It was a bit pricey and breakfast was not included.

Right next to the Majestic Theater which was where our event was downtown. So convenient!

It was a perfectly cool hip, classy hotel! The records and the record player was a great walk down memory lane. And the event that I was attending the margarita ball, it made me so happy that I did not stay there, but was able to walk over comfortably And come back to my hotel and not have to wait in those long lines to get on the elevator.
There was not one thing that upset me or that I didn’t like about the property. Everything was on point. I will say that the homeless people in the park was quite a hoot. They might need to get some help out there, but that’s not your problem.

Very nice lobby area. Fireplace, cool Dallas music theme, done up for the holidays. Rooms were comfortable with tremendous showers in the bathroom.
Downtown is not very vibey and I had next to no view from my window. Internet was shoddy. Front desk help was slow.
