Price
The kid upstairs that ran across the floor all night long so that you couldn't sleep. Then 2 days later, they charged me the $100 deposit against my account rather than refunding it as they said they would. No I have to go through the pain to get my money

The room was big
the sheets were stained and no one came to change them. at the reception they gave me a new sheet that I had to change myself. breakfast was poor

The location was not the best and the bathroom had ants bad and the floors are thin didnt get a goodnight rest the whole time I was there kids playing and running above me all night. Staff said I could go say something because they were not answering no

While this is an older hotel, the staff, the reception, and everyone we interacted with really seemed to care. The breakfast was nice, and the room was spacious. The hotel pool is heated and theres an outdoor area for folks to sit. Very nice!
The elevator is a little rough and the bathtubs could use an update but that stuff is expensive.

The hotel was easy to get to
The room had a smell, along with a drip in the sink that drained all over the floor. In addition, the hotel charged a $100 security deposit and said I should expect that in 5+ days, that seems extreme.

The price was really great
Its in pretty bad condition. The bed was nice but the couch was way outdated as well as the elevator. The breakfast was okay. The lady serving the breakfast was very nice

Needs a lot of maintenance and refurbishing. Obviously not putting any money into keeping the hotel up to standards. Not the best neighborhood. Front door locked at 9pm. I would not stay here again.

Quick Elevators, Very Comfortable bed. Hot breakfast.
Very Slow internet, A/C did not work, They transferred me to a different room on day 2. In that room, the shower door would not stay closed.

common sense ....try using it. Instead you all just go out of your way to make every part of this as absolutely as difficult as you can. I would never stay at an extended stay again. in fact the other hotel I had to use was much nicer, easier, & cheaper.
