Really friendly and fast service in the bar/restaurant. Fast wifi.
Hallways were a little dirty. Chair in the room was way too low for the desk even at its highest setting, and I am not a short person. Can't imagine how anyone of below average height could possibly use it.

The lobby is attractive. My room was above average in size and was well appointed.
My king bed was comfortable overall but did have one side that needed replacing due to drooping.

The location was nice but not. 4 star hotel anymore; nothing particularly bad about the experience just not what you expect from Crowne Plaza. Everything just seemed a lil warn down!!!
It didnt seem like anyone cared about the experience that was at the hotel, like I mentioned before everything from the service, the the hallways, to the door, to the pool area, to the parking lot, to the pan handlers at the front door!!!

The hotel was very clean, especially the room!
The staff were very rude to us. They also talked to us as if we didnt understand any English at all. It just showed that they judged us based off how we looked!
