Really friendly and fast service in the bar/restaurant. Fast wifi.
Hallways were a little dirty. Chair in the room was way too low for the desk even at its highest setting, and I am not a short person. Can't imagine how anyone of below average height could possibly use it.

The location was nice but not. 4 star hotel anymore; nothing particularly bad about the experience just not what you expect from Crowne Plaza. Everything just seemed a lil warn down!!!
It didnt seem like anyone cared about the experience that was at the hotel, like I mentioned before everything from the service, the the hallways, to the door, to the pool area, to the parking lot, to the pan handlers at the front door!!!
