Location was good. Staff was great and the food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious
Room was not clean. Stains on furniture, bathroom grout dirty and old. Toilet seat was lose. Blood on curtain liner. I expected more.

Easy check-in, room size, bed was comfortable, made-to-order omelets were fantastic.
Reception food was stale and lacking. The worse we’ve experienced at any Embassy Suites.
Toilet overflowed, took awhile for someone to come up to work on it—they did a good job of fixing it but it didn’t seem like it was sanitized after the fix but before we came back to the room.

Hotel was amazing. We were stuck in Dallas when all over 1000 flights were canceled. We had nothing no luggage no bathroom stuff. The hotel took us to walmart to get everything that we needed. 10/10 for the hotel staff

Ease of check in.
Updated room. Headboard was old and material was chipped away. Bathroom had spots on the bottom of the tub. Staff in Buffett breakfast were NOT friendly. Not enough variety at breakfast. Fooos not refilled fast enough for number of guest waiting to eat.

My “standard” room. It was small!!! Like a lock off room. I have never stayed in this type of room in any Embassy Suites, and I hope to never again. But most yuck was the scratched old yucky headboard, brought this to the checkout employee attn.

I did like the staff and food options (breakfast and restaurant). The staff there were very helpful and accommodating.
Entering the room was warm and took time to cool off. The AC was struggling to cool the room. Just took longer than normal. Parking fees? (I feel like this is a scam honestly)
But here is my big issue...
I really was shocked to find out I was bitten by a bed bug the first night of our stay. Never experienced that before. Checked the beds and of course there is 1 we find on each bed and we get rid of them. And I honestly couldn't bring myself to address it to the staff there because we were already stressed with our trip enough and just wanted to get through the stay and to switch to another room and possibly have the same thing happen again I chose not to put myself through that.
Now,the worst part is that after I submitted a review to the hotel when they sent me an email link. A representative/manager of some type called me (I was at work) and left a voicemail. To sum it up basically they denied they have bed bugs and claim they checked the rooms and don't find any. And had a very poor attempt at empathy. So gaslighting me and dismissing my experience. So I choose not to call them to speak with them. Considering the tone of voicemail that was left. I would just be wary of this hotel.

The staff was nice and the rooms was clean and what I loved the most was the happy hour you guys off I think it's a good idea to get the guest out the rooms and mingle
