It was nice and clean.
The pullout bed didn’t have bedding for my child. I called to get blankets, but they didn’t have anything but a comforter. Also had to take my bag carrier off the top of my car to park in the garage.

Great breakfast, beautiful property, nice pool and fitness center
Heat did not work and when maintenance came, they just said yeah it doesn’t work so turn it off so it doesn’t blow cold air. Telephone line did not work in our room. They replaced the phone, but still didn’t work and they said it was the line as it worked in other rooms ( we all, of course, had cell phones so this wasn’t a big deal, but should be fixed).

The hotel is crawling with homeless people and tweakers. The underground parking garage is full of roaches and drugs. My family was not safe at this hotel and I was very upset to even have them around this enviroment. The bedding was dirty the mini fridge did not work I had to buy an ice chest for my newborns milk. There was no soap in the shower, the staff was rude and disrespectful at the front desk they did not care about any complaints they all know how bad the hotel is and the entire hotel reaked of Marijuana this place is not family friendly or safe what so ever. The parking garage is straight out out of a horror film and smells like death it looks dangerous just being down there.

I did like the coffee.
The staff came off rude. The bartender was rude. He acted like the complamitery drinks came from his personal stash. When I tried to tell the bookin staff how rude the bartender was she over talked me and acted as if I was the problem embarrassing me in front of other Guest. There was a huge Madagascar cocroach in my room. I asked the man the staff sent to get it when he saw the coacroach ,he looked at me as if I had a third eye on my forehead. The room had an smell like mold or old people.

Rooms are old and outdated. Front desk was clueless about breakfast hours. Toilet leaked. Could not control temperature from inside the room. I have stayed at motel 6 that are better than this hotel

I chose this location because it provided easy access to the other connections I needed to make. I also chose Embassy Suites because of the breakfast buffet included in the price of the room.
This property is rundown. The environment and atmosphere of the hotel is depressing (Low lighting, dingy colors, old furnishings and broken fixtures.) A fire alarm went off just as I was about to go to bed. I had to evacuate my suite in my nightgown. Once outside with other occupants we learned that someone burned popcorn in their suite causing the alarm to go off. However, even after the DFD came to check out the situation, they were not able to disarm the alarm. So, it continued to sound. I called the Hilton Honors number, requested and received confirmation to go to another Hilton property. I finally got to sleep at 3:00 A.M.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was good.
The hotel didn't have heat in the room, but offered extra blankets. They informed me that the heat was out due to daylight saving time, and they couldn't turn it on.

The parking was pretty great and easy to get to.
The plumbing fixtures were all loose and the water for the shower was plumbed backwards. Elevators worked but often slowly or on multiple attempts.

This property manager cancelled my stay and gave my room away before I got there and left me without a room at midnight. Nothing was ever communicated to me about it until I got there. I called customer service because I was so upset and needed a solution to this and after an hour on the phone they could not give me a resolution. I would never stay at this hotel…if you do, be weary because clearly they don’t mind cancelling your room
