Very few options. The waffles were really not great. No healthy options.
Light in bedroom was very difficult to switch off, and came on through the night. Air conditioning was not great. Room had a stale smell. Rust in the bottom of the bath.

The beds were acceptable.
Upon arrival finding out about a $100 deposit was added to total that was not showing on Booking.com total. Very misleading. The front desk staff was rude. Room had a door handle that fell off, the trim was dangling on the wall. It looked like it was coming off any minute. One flipping towel for 3 guests. Refrigerator didn't work. The downstairs and elevator smelled like weed. It was uncomfortably hot in lobby and elevator. The room ac was ok but never got as cool as I would have liked it. The place is way off the interstate. Yhe lightiin the rooms look fluorescent, not comfortable ay all. The breakfast looked awful. Would never stay again. Thankful it was only one night. If you need a longer stay, go somewhere else.

The room looked as if it needed several repairs. Holes in the walls, things falling off the wall or poorly put on, and the room had a strange smell. To top it all off the card reader on the door was smashed and should be out of commission and replaced but I was told oh its ok.

The front was really clean.
There was an older male housekeeper they sent to my room who was extremely rude and tried to argue with me about stains I saw on dirty linen. I politely said I talked to the front desk upon check in about dirty linen (and waited all the way til the morning just to get a disgruntled housekeeper ). He was very abrasive and tried to force me to stay when he saw I was getting upset. It made me very uncomfortable as a solo female traveler. I started crying and went to complain to the front desk. Ive never had an experience like that ever at a hotel. I am very disappointed. I called multiple times about stains and damage I saw in the room but if it was a new person at the desk they acted like they didnt know what was going on. They had to call someone. Im not sure if notes arent being taken or what. Breakfast was the basic hot breakfast: waffles, eggs, bacon, and sausage one day. One choice of fruit, your selection of cereals/breads/muffins, yogurt. Didnt see any sugar free option for syrup. Coffee was very weak and burnt tasting. No plant based milk option for cereal. I dont think Ill be staying here again just based off how I was treated by their employee.

Location is good and bed and pillows are comfortable...
Staff not very well trained or organized. When asking simple tourist information unable to answer (such as parking in towncenter of dallas). Room was clean and spacious but bath Room sink several hairs where left... The breakfast selection is extremely simple OK for one night stay as ours wouldn't recommend for a longer period.

The location was good for my trip needs.
They did not disclose the details surrounding the early check-in fee or that they would not be able to accommodate my request, despite me indicating it the minute I booked the room. They also do not put a hold for the damage fees. They take it out completely and refund it. I paid way more than the property was worth. They had sketchy people who were staying there and they had dirty rooms and a dirty lobby. There was a fruit loop leftover on the floor after they "cleaned" the room. If you're desperate, do it.
