Very Poor
I liked the room, and how quick the check-in was, there was this lady who helped me when I first checked in with great customer service skills and was very helpful, the other staff in the hotel throughout the stay, I unfortunately can not say the same.
I did not like the service. My boyfriend and I asked for body wash 2-3 times and every request was ignored.

Parking price is unreasonably expensive, room air conditioner doesn?t cool to the temperature set, mini fridge doesn?t work well, no microwave, restaurant was expensive and not worth the money, beds don?t have comforters just sheets

Hotel employee was such a great and friendly person her customer service was great!
I was told when I booked that it would be a extra $25 for a late check out @3pm When I got to the hotel I was told it would cost half the price of a one night stay $----by another receptionist who was a bit rude and not welcoming she has glasses.

Aesthetically Looks Nice - however from the parking lot to the rooms the place is falling apart !!!
Parking lot - looks like its about to crumble The Room AC - DID NOT WORK - there are NO Windows to air out the place and the bathroom has NO ventilation???? Was not able to sleep the entire time !!! It felt like a Sauna in there

Very Good
Clean rooms and common areas, the elevators were well maintained and the ones with the glass walls had cool views. The bar staff was very nice and there was an underground walk thru from the parking garage so we didnt have to walk in the cold
Parking. The valet service was very rude and getting into the parking garage was a very tight squeeze. The door on the parking garage elevator was very aggressive, it closed after just a couple of seconds. It was also a long walk from the garage,

Disappointing
Tub did not drain at all. Gross. My wife had to skip a shower. When we told the front desk at checkout about the tub problem, they said they would notify maintenance but no apology was made at all. Not even a courtesy Sorry, about that.
