Location
Seems a bit outdated when u walk in a bit worn out in the lobby and hallways. They charge for amenities like a toothbrush or toothpaste. Never have I paid for those.

We loved the indoor pool and spa also the location. cleanness and staff was so welcoming
the bed comforters were a bit torn and room was muggy at first had to turn ac down to 60s to be comfortable but then felt good but overall was still an amazing comfortable stay

Breakfast was good, room was clean and the desk staff was very nice.
The fourth floor smelled like marijuana, a dirty wash rag left on the shower curtain rod, the door shut so hard that the dead bolt didn't work, and the lounging chair needed replaced.

Bed was comfy and it was clean. Our room was huge.
The hot water in the shower is terrible. It never got hot.
Also the vent in the bathroom didn't work at all.

The breakfast was very good!
Housekeeping didn't come after the first night. Request was made at the front desk. Also there was no phone present in the room to make calls, thank God for cell phones. The cleanliness in the room wasn't the best. Lamp shades were extremely dirty & there was blood splatter on the water in the bathroom.
