Wonderful
Staff was very friendly. Check in was quick. Breakfast was well attend to. Free snacks in lobby. Was quiet even with construction and being right off high traffic road.
Door in the bathroom was a little tough to close. Maybe the hinges were too tight or the divider at the bottom on the floor was a tad too high?

Hotel was under construction, vent covers missing off wall, ac/ heat control hanging off wall, no soap in bathroom , no iron , guess next door had a dog barking ALL NIGHT/DAY

The location was great. Close to the freeway and local stores all around. Hotel maids did their best to keep the place clean.
Rooms need an urgent update. Room was not well designed. The bathroom had no ventilation which I'm positive and it's obvious the room had mold problems. Please reevaluate your rooms and properly train the hotel front desk staff.

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean room. Great water pressure in the shower.
It is currently in the process of being remodeled. So, the pool was closed and there were a few other obstacles. But it should really be nice when all of the work is done. One morning there wasn't any hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, etc.)

They are in the middle of remodeling, had I been informed of that I might have stayed somewhere else, but they did not tell me that until we checked in.

The rooms were clean and quiet, there was self-serve laundry, a fitness center, and a lovely hot breakfast in the morning. The staff helping me at both check-in and check-out were very nice and helpful.
Pool area was closed for construction while we were there. I was told when I called ahead that there was an airport shuttle to DFW, but when I got to the hotel, I was told that there hasn't been an airport shuttle in over 5 years. Bummer. $40 Uber ride.

Convenient location, clean hotel, comfortable room.
Pool & hot tub were cold. Breakfast items were not restocked quickly and were the same thing most mornings. First employee we encountered was sullen and not helpful. Had difficulty with the card keys working, even after we got new cards 3 times.

The room had a strong, dewy smell of cleaning products, heavy on bleach.
Didnt sleep well both nights because of really loud footsteps upstairs.
