I like the clean mess of the property and the staff were very friendly.
I didn’t like the smell that was coming out the washer. I didn’t like that when it rains I couldn’t go outside to smoke.

The cleanliness of the facility was my biggest concern I loved it and the staff was cool
Maybe the shade for the window, just a tad bit hard to pull down to block out the light

Check in person was young and I would assume inexperienced. She seemed to mumble and was inarticulate in her interaction w/ customers. That seems a training issue

I arrived at your hotel on December 15. I made a booking and paid $418.10 for 3 nights from December 15-18. Then I extended for 3 nights from December 18-21, paid $368.46. Then on the 21st I went to the reception and extended again through
booking for 2 days from 21-23 and paid $223.74. … (There was a blonde woman )On December 22, a cleaning lady came to me and said that I had a checkout. I went to the reception and showed the booking from 21-23 but they were not interested and they charged me on December 22 -123.17. And also on December 21, the hotel charged $20 from the my card. I have all payments in PDF format.please ,can u check .

I was scammed! I paid for 2 nights, I paid 223.74 through booking, and the next day the cleaner came and said I had to finish today. I went to the reception and showed the reservation for 2 days from 21-23 December. but they charged 123.17 from my card.. when will they refund my money?
Also, when I need clean my room , I wait all day !
