No business centre to print documents, at a Hyatt is very poor.
One elevator was broken the remaining one was barely working.
Way below what I am used to at a Hyatt

Very nice staff
Really didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room. We had to come to the first floor to warm food . Room didn’t get cleaned or new towels until our 3rd day there .

All the Staff were very nice and helpful. The only thing we dont like is there's only one elevator working and its not even working properly. It takes so long to wait and most of the time it skips 4th and 5th floor. We felt bad for the housekeeper who has been stuck for awhile trying to get off the 5th floor. We came back and she's still there keep pressing 5. Every time it goes up/down it feels like its going to drop. Like a turbulence. Lol.
Elevator need to be fix.

It was a decent room, the bathroom was way too small where you can barely close the door while standing in it.
The elevator was barely working, I was on the third floor and the elevator couldn’t be called to that floor. I was told to dial 0 on my phone to get the elevator sent to my floor but it goes to the same people that answer all calls so I had to wait on hold for 5 minutes just to go down the elevator. The window in my room has so much dirt on the outside that it looks foggy outside. Also they allow dogs which I’m fine with but the people across from me had a massive dog and anytime someone walked past their door the dog would bark extremely loudly in the middle the night. My last complaint is the fire alarm in my room flashes extremely brightly every minute where you can see it through your eye lids when trying to go to sleep.
