The staff and the updated rooms were very comfortable.
Check in and out was a little slow and not much staff. Room service wasn’t my favorite in take out containers, it seemed very informal for a very expensive meal. Not the way I would want room service to be. But the food was good

Well to many thinks, only I will mention 2 of this, the bathroom have to many mold in the shower area, and behind the sofa have medical (pills).

The rooms were large and comfortable.
The website shows a restaurant that is open from 6:30 to 2:00, then 1700 to 2200. The restaurant does not open in the evening. Food can be ordered in the lounge, but the dining area is closed.

Especially appreciated room service even though the cutlery/serving products were plastic instead of stainless and china.

I had fond memories years ago of this hotel. Now, it’s practically empty. The only guests there were from British Airways. No robe in my room. I had to call the engineer to plug in my telephone. Male employees extremely more interested in British airline pilots. Crappy excuses. Outsourced room service. Spa closed. I’m moving to Europe in 5 days. Have traveled extensively. My last night in Dallas before flying out. Goodbye, forever. The coffee was good.
