Location was good. Everything was nice. I sat by the pool. It was cool to watch the airplanes go above your head, but they are really low so it can get loud.
They were doing renovations and I wasn’t warned till I got there. I didn’t feel 100% safe.

No soap in the soap dispenser... only one ice machine works which was on the 1st floor, I was on the 3rd. No fresh towels in between days... TV had no signal AT ALL... AC was slow to cool

Comfort of bed and quietness of room was nice. It was being remodeled so it was not as clean as I would like in hallways.
The coffee maker had the wrong size filter holder so the hot water spilled out while coffee was brewing.

Great location for why I was there, just ok breakfast, and price was about right for what I got.
I did the pre-check in...sending picture of ID, give phone number, etc. but still had to go through that whole process again when I arrived. Staff was not as engaging or helpful as other places I stay. The hotel was tired, worn, and dirty. If I was traveling with my wife we would have walked out immediately. Stains on carpet-everywhere, yellowing fire detectors, no towel bars (but patches where they should have been), dirt in every corner, paint splatters everywhere, wires hanging and boxes of supplies and other items laying out in open (fitness center & lobby), tiles missing, threshhold missing, walls paper thin. For being one of the higher rated hotels in that area on Google, I hate to see the others!

Facilities too old. Washer and dryer don’t take credit cards and don’t even show how long is the cycle. Worst breakfast I have ever had at hotels.

The building looked like it was falling apart and there were unknown stains on the carpet, room service was non-existent, the request we made prior to check in was not honored and when needing more towels, we had to go to front desk. Roaches were in room on walls, our key cards stopped working twice during our three night stay, and there was minimal to no customer service available and outside of hotel smelled like marijuana. All around disappointing and will not be returning to another La Quinta location in the future.

I loved the location as far as it being near many restaurants and stores. The pool and outdoor area was gorgeous and set up to be very relaxing.
I was extremely tired and planned to sleep in and not check out until the last minute. I was woken up by a text from the hotel, at 8am, asking me to rate my stay, select a check out time…(checkout was clearly stated to be 11am) and asked me to tip the employees. It was very very loud with many planes flying over. There was a man that came out of his room by the pool both times that we were out there and smoked a cigarette and watched us, even leaving his door open while we were out there. There was a door in my room that connected to the room next door so the room lacked privacy and I didn’t feel very safe.

Comfortable bed and hot shower.
The room was overall very clean. However, the staff didn't get to everything. There was a box of Buffalo Wild Wings french fries in the microwave from the last customer - just not a good look. I informed the front desk...didn't ruin the stay or anything, but just not the best look.
