I had stayed there before so I knew what to expect. It was clean and comfortable. We had to have an emergency one-night stay because the airline cancelled our flight. The night clerk that assisted us, was great.

Close to the airport
Was told shuttle would take us starting @ 4am and would pick us up on our return flight if we called to let them know after 10:45pm. Was told at checkin no and was told at booking that parking for travel was free. That was untrue as well costing $50

The staff were very friendly and overall the hotel is nice and clean and rooms were actually really pretty and comfortable beds
No shower water pressure and turned clear to cold, the water was so hot you couldn't stay under it. Defiantly couldn't put kids in it. Also not the best area but not the worst.

The best thing about this hotel was the waffle maker at breakfast and the suite that I got was big enough for my family. Oh, and the pet policy
Room was not ready at check in time. Had to ask for housekeeping every day, they didn't show. Same stale food served 3 days in a row for breakfast. Pool was super cold and dirty. No blankets on sofa sleeper

Location
The hotel smells like dogs and they are in every other room. The elevator didnt work on 1st floor, had to walk to 2nd floor and catch elevator to 4th floor. The door readers on the rooms werent working.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They do their best to resolve issues.
The hotel is supposed to be non smoking, but there are guests who smoke and it will get in your room. If you cannot tolerate smokers due to health or other reasons this is not the hotel for you. The walls are thin so you will hear other guests at night

Bed
We had no hot water in our room! Called front desk , he came in turned the water on and set it all the way on hot, and said let it run for a bit. We let it run for 45 minutes. Still no hot water and never heard from the gentleman! Unable to take a bath!
