The customer service was good. Liked the indoor pool. Breakfast was ok.
We stayed 4 nights and on the 3rd night the roaches came out. My childrens air conditioner in 407 did not cool very well, the room was humid and a little hot at times. Night two we were surrounded by age group of very loud young people who let there children run up and down the hall and they slammed doors all night. I have stayed at several of your LaQuintas so I was a little disappointed in this location with the roaches.

Quiet stay. Decent facilities. Overnight security in the parking lot.
Found roaches two nights in a row in the bathroom/kitchen area of our room. There was only one waffle maker at breakfast causing an extremely long line/wait. Get up early if you want a good breakfast.

Breakfast
The water from the sink in the bathroom was very hot and there was no cold water coming out, the bathtub was very slick it didn’t have any anti-slip strips. The hallways smelled of overpowering bleach. The stairs were never vacuumed for 5 days we stayed there after telling the girl at the front desk that it needed to be vacuumed. Didn’t have any luggage carts for us to use. 3 same vehicles were always parked at the front entrance and never moved the whole time we were there. Trash all around the building. Had to ask for toilet paper and Kleenex because it was never replenished. Saw bugs in the room behind the tv and on the ceiling. The fridge wasn’t cold even though it was turned up to the highest setting. The pillows were lumpy and flat. The pool water was freezing and not heated.
