The outside look of the building, the lobby and restaurant design, the spacious room
The staff was not particularly friendly, the shower was very slippery and dangerous, the design of the corridors up on the different floors, the super high price (not good value for money), the neighborhood did not look so safe

Our room was so nice. The beds were ridiculously comfortable. And the rooftop bar/swimming pool area was wonderful.
Extremely low water pressure in the shower. The pool closes at dusk.

The rooms, the view, the cleanliness were all fantastic; however, the noise levels—especially after 10pm— were ridiculous. Loud parties in rooms where the noise drifted through the air vents, drunk and crying sorority girls in the hallway, loud mufflers outside, constant chirping of birds and the deep bass of speakers were detrimental to our stay. We slept miserably, even with the provided sound machine on full blast. Because of this, we will not be back.

Loved the style and vibe of the whole hotel. The bar, lobby, and room were all really nice. All the staff we dealt with were wonderful. Theres a coffee shop across the street and is 2 blocks from the concert venue we were in the area for so we just walked to and from the concert, so it was the perfect location for our stay.
We loved the hotel and enjoyed our stay but a few observations There wasn't a microwave in the room, the bed I slept on had a worn out spot that a lot of older mattresses get when people sleep in the same spot over and over, and lastly the hotel shares a parking lot with a bar so the music from it was kinda loud. It didn't bother us much just something I noticed and I know it's something that would bother others.

I am currently being charged for something that I don't know about - and the hotel is not answering my calls! Absolute nightmare stay, as they charge you $400 for "incidentals" - then let you check out with the understanding that the $400 is returned back to you. Oh no, not The Canvas Hotel - they are asking for $84.62 for which I have no idea for!

Great industrial location. Artsy vibes, high celings, and modern touches. The location is great, and the rooftop pool and view of the city are amazing! Its industrial so be aware you will hear water going down the pipes and voices yif they are loud enough but nothing major, I was on the second floor , corner view and was able to sleep with ease. Big rooms with coffee, water and cool vintage mini fridge.

Loved the hotel and the onsite restaurant was outstanding. The shuttle was a bonus and we found the hotel well placed for
Getting around the city if not by the shuttle the dart rail which is a 5 min walk and takes you downtown. The staff either at front desk or the restaurant were very helpful and friendly thank you all

Super cute hotel with modern a modern, minimalist touch! Amenities included gym access (it’s across the street), pool, refrigerator in room, and the most friendliest of staff. Location is a perfect location to walkable restaurant and bars and top of that has a restaurant and rooftop bar inside the hotel. We really felt like we didn’t need to leave. 10/10 would recommend.
The daily fee. But, I understand its use towards the gym, water bottles x2, etc.
