Downtown location was nice and the area was clean and felt safe.
The coffee pot didn’t work, but was replaced quickly. The battery on the safe was weak and had to be replaced. The toilet had to be flushed twice to get all TP to go down.

Location was great. Room was sufficient.
Valet check-in was horrible. There’s not enough places to park for the valet or enough signage to say where to park for the valet. This is a big deal for someone who is not from a big city and it’s not used to all the traffic. In reference to our room, did not like being put next to the elevators where all the drunk people came up and made crap ton of noise at all hours of the night. And the pillows were way too soft.

The staff, from the front desk to the little restaurant, were nice and helpful. I liked the smart elevators and all of the public spaces were neat and orderly.
