Beds uncomfortable, stayed a week, housekeeping came once to change towels and get trash. Remote and AC did not work.

Breakfast items were improperly prepared. Eggs floating in water. Sausage microwaved leaving it with a rubbery texture. Cold potatoes on a warmer. Odd? It could have been excellent if prepared correctly.

The room was dirty, staff changed the room and gave us one that the shower didnt work. The manager claimed was not nice when we complained. I then checked out early and switched hotels however the manager made 4 new fraudulent charges to my card 4 times.

Noisy outside. 4 a.m. loud banging noises Breakfast eggs were runny and tasteless. Waffles, toast, muffins were good.

is normal on all hotels stop the breakfastat 9:00am but sometimes we are tire to get up to early all hotels should extend the time period for breakfast

There were holes in the walls, the carpet was gross, the coffee maker was disgusting. I had to give it a good cleaning. The bathrooms were kind of gross feeling and dirty.

Things did I not work air condition,coffee pot,refrigerator and microwave. We could not get help. Room not on the list to be cleaned. It was like the room did not know it was there.
