Location to freeway and breakfast
The toilet was not clean on the base, the shower drained slow and had mold on the shower wall, refrigerator cabinet has broken door.

The hotel was under construction and the place smelled awful in the room. At breakfast Saturday morning three dogs came in the breakfast area.

Property is out of the way, meaning it felt safe to sleep in.
Doors required force to close properly and would often remain open as they do not shut. Carpet felt dirty, and definitely needed a better clean. Air conditioner was ridiculously noisey. Only one washer and dryer, with no timer to allow notice of how long it took until ready. Nothing really close by (convenience stores etc) so requires either own transport or other form of transport.

Great value for money. Its a little dated but it has everything you need and nothing to complain about! Bed was very comfy too! Breakfast was also a great touch and free shuttle into Stock Yards
