I loved the location,how clean everything was, my room had a balcony which was nice.
The only thing I didn't like is the TV remote didn't work,it was brought up to the staff there Friday night and nothing was done even after he said he would fix it

The location was convenient for my purpose of travel amd the breakfast was very good. I liked that the room was spacious and quiet.
The cleanliness could have been a little better and it would help to have more trash receptacles on the property.

We liked everything except the circular bug trap that was in the bathroom floor in plain sight.
We were charged twice for our stay. We paid the day before we got there and were told at check-in that we did not. So we paid twice. Now we are waiting 5-7 days to get our 2nd payment back.

It was just average at best. Seemed old and dated and grounds were just ok. It was suggested as a level 3 but more like a 2.5 or a 2 star facility.
Room had a musty smell and breakfast only lasted till 9:30.

The pool was full of dead bugs, housekeeping never came to my room in 3 days, breakfast was okay but they did not provide artificial sweeteners.
