THE BED SHEETS WERE SO DIRTY AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD NOONE THAT COULD CHANGE THEM AND DIDNOT HAVE ANOTHER ROOM AND THEY WOULD GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND I COULD GO FIND ANOTER HOTEL . IT WAS ALMOST 11 PM. NEVER STAYED ANYWHERE LIKE THIS.....

Staff was very courteous and professional. The free breakfast was great. Had real food instead of just cereal and donuts.
The mattress was way to firm. The guest laundry facility was very frustrating. The machines only took quarters and the hotel had no change machine and the front desk told me they did not have cash of any type. I had to drive to 3 stores to get change.

The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The Breakfast was good.
There were not enough towels in the room. Two for a room that sleeps four. The laundry machines take quarters (not credit cards) but the motel is cashless so I had to drive to get quarters.

Free breakfast, 2 large TVs, comfortable bed, location.
Broken lights, trash in cans, worn chair. Check-in clerk gave our room away and gave us a smaller room even though we paid in advance. Next morning, the new clerk said that the other clerk should not have changed the room, it was against policy.

The hotel inaccurately charged my bank account several times, leading to my bank believing there to be fraud on my account. This was very inconvenient and caused by the hotel.

Everything just my tub was full of water like if someone just took a bath. I had to let it out ewww, smelled like smoke a lil bit. Had my cleaning spray, but other than that i will stay again great area, great staff and breakfast was on point frfr!!

Location and staff were nice
There was no remote in my room for the TV. It was on when I arrived on the information loop. I called the front desk and they said they were full and couldn't get a remote from another room. Told me to unplug it. I couldn't reach the wall plug, disconnected at the transformer, and it was still lit up, had to drape towels over it to be able to sleep. No hot water in the shower
