There were only 2 people at the checking at 3:00 when the reservation opened for check in. The line was really long and staff slow.

The shower was awful. Old room with a shower curtain and broken shower head that flooded the bathroom each time it was used! Just felt old and tired.

Rooms were outdated. Took a very long time to get our vehicle, 45 minutes one day. Since the hotel is valet only it would be good to have more valet staff. No hot water. Room service didn’t have hardly any of the menu items.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Location was good for what we needed.
Do not book the higher priced rooms with breakfast included. Booking gives no direction on how to get your meal. Hotel staff do not either know or are not willing to offer up any input. Save on the lower room rate and just buy breakfast. I don't know why this is even an option. It's not like the Booking receipt displays it either.
