Nothing. The pictures on booking were pictures of a totally different hotel.
The first night they gave us a room with a broken heater so when it came on it was so loud. We changed rooms at 11pm that night. The next morning the staff was beating on my door at 7:50 a.m just to ask me what my last name was. They ruined my first night of sleep. The next night we go to sleep and then at 1:30 a.m the fire alarm goes off and everyone evacuates the building and they can’t get the alarms to go off for a whole hour. Second night ruined. I didn’t get any good quality of sleep either night because of interruptions. The pictures on booking show a pool and hot tub, there was no hot tub because the pictures were of a totally different hotel. It was such a bad experience that I would love to get a refund or even a partial refund. It’s ridiculous, I will never stay at another holiday inn

Convenient to where we we were going
The front desk person was not helpful. When we rigged he told us there was no room for us, the hotel was overbooked and we should request a refund and go to another hotel. We booked 2 weeks prior and were checking in 2 hours after the initial check in time. They “found” us a room, gave us a key to a room where other people’s luggage was in. Clearly the room wasn’t available. He then questioned me when I told him there was luggage in the room. Finally got a room after 30 minutes. He said there was a convention close and the hotel overbooked. That wasn’t my issue and we booked in plenty of time.

Great hospitality, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was very warm and clean several restaurants in the same parking lot. Overall a great stay
It can be slightly difficult to navigate locally, but not overly complicated at all.
