The hotel was not what I expected. The juice and coffee machine was out for the continental breakfast. The only had strawberry waffle mix and the waffle machine was burning the waffles. So we had to go somewhere else to eat.
The tub was stopped up and when asked if we could just shower in another room before we checked out was told no. The guy at the front desk told us that the maintenance person would be ther within the next hour to correct the problem, but never showed up.

Not much. Glad our stay was only for one night.
The location was sketchy. You had to have a ticket to get breakfast and it was dine in only. You could not take it back to your room. The staff were a bit abrasive and not very friendly. They acted like we were a bother. When we attempted to turn the heat on in the room it created a terrible smell and set the fire alarm off. Neighboring guests were arguing, yelling, and cursing at each other past 1am.

At 1:00 am we found a bed bug crawling on the pillow. We called the front desk and was told that nothing can be done, because there was no available rooms in the hotel. We were supposed to wait for a cleaning crew to show up at 9 am for the investigation. And then, the front desk person hanged up on me. I brought her the tissue with the bed bug on it. She took a photo for a manager and said that nothing could be done about it until the Manager showed up at 11:00 am next morning. The Manager confirmed that 70%will be given for inconvenience. But the hotel charged the full rate and kept the deposit. Caution! Fraudulent business.

Location to Will Roger's is great for the economic price!! The outside looks kinda rundown, but the staff are wonderful, and the rooms are great!!
Rooms smelled old, but spray helped that.

Disappointing
The staff was friendly.
The floors werent clean and our door didnt even properly fit in the door frame/doorway. Its not in a great location which isnt their fault but it just was dirty.
