The room was decent for the price, very dated.
Check in was at 3 but we were not able to get our key until 4. The restroom in the lobby you had to get a key from the front desk which was pretty busy since we were having to wait since we were not able to get checked in for an extra hour. The morning of check out we were awaken 2 hours before check out by house keeping asking if we were staying another day or checking out.

DRUGS, People are all on drugs hanging around both outside and inside. People passed out on the floor inside too much commotion like a drug house.

Front desk was rude. I am pretty sure I booked with my card but didn’t so I had to pay there whatever happened my credit card got flagged for other fraud after he charged me for the room and would not let the 50 deposit be shipped. That’s the only physical card I had. There was no tap to pay. I had to leave travel 25 miles to Zelle the 50 dollars if that wasn’t bad enough during the hour long process of tying to get booked in my 12 year old daughter fell asleep on the chair in the lobby he made me wake her up and could not sleep there. We had been driving all day car fully packed and she was tired. Once I had my key to the room not one trip all the way across the property but two still not successfully able to enter my room I finally called the desk from in front of the room an explained the 2nd set of keys he gave still don’t work. Me and my kids sat in front of the room until he come and opened the door and gave another key. Location s good if your a crackhead. Lots of people outside looking for drugs I was asked if I needed anything in the parking lot. Breakfast signs all over show breakfast at 630 apron entering the breakfast area at 6:40 I was rudely addressed and told breakfast ain’t until 730 and those are old signs. There were no pool towels they don’t even supply them u have to you the one set that’s in the room booked for 4 adults. Never again oh and don’t let the pics of the pool online fool you it’s not like that at all

The location was okay for the event I was attending, was the only decent thing I liked.
1. Not being allowed to take my breakfast to my room; we ended up checking out before 9am to go get breakfast else where. 2. Being charged for my room before checking in. I wasn't able to change my form of payment.; I booked my room using a credit card & wanted to change when I arrived & was told my credit card had already been charged. 3. The entry into the lobby of rooms was dark & a strong odor of marijuana and musty. 4. Guests hanging out in the parking lot & around the door. 5. Stained up furniture in the room. 6. No washcloths to wash our face.

Comfortable bed. Good size fridge n microwave. Decent location from downtown.
Breakfast was decent. What was left of it. No sausages there was chopped up weenies. Receptionist told us breakfast was untill 11am , they were shutting down at 10am. And signs posted stated a $20 charge for leaving dinning area with breakfast. The $50 deposit for the shape of the room was not called for. Ceiling in bathroom was peeling and flaking in big portions. Chair was dirty didnt use it worried Id stain my clothes. Floor Tiles were coming.

People doing drugs openly on the parking lot, and people fighting on the parking lot. I did not stay because of the security issues. I requested a refund, even half refund for me not staying there and was denied. TERRIBLE PLACE. DO NOT BOOK THERE.
