We liked that the room was like an apartment with a kitchen, bedroom and laundry, since we stayed 2 weeks.
The hotel had just gone through a remodel but the only stairwell by our room was unfinished. Didn't seem very safe.

The location was convenient for getting around Fort Worth.
The key cards only worked on the main entrance to the hotel. We could not access the exit nearest our room, the workout room, pool, or any other exterior doors. The toilet ran all night. You needed to lift the lid and fix the flap manually to stop it.

The room space.
The rooms were not clean. Dust on all surfaces. Sofa beds were dirty, mattresses were stained, and there was pet hair. One room had ants in the bed. Everything was very dated and in need of a refresh.?

The staff was so nice. The room was clean and cozy. We had a suite there were 6 of us. This was the first hotel where everyone slept comfortably and not on top of each other. The rooms were very spacious and having 2 restroom and showers was a life saver.
The only thing I think I would change is more variety of breakfast. However what they did have was delicious.

This is one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels I think I have ever stayed at. Very happy customer.
We couldn't get our key to work to come into the side door at night. That was my only complaint with our stay.

Pretty clean place, nice kitchen area, pretty good breakfast.
The pool wasn't very clean at all, there was some large debris laying around the pool as well. We arrived early and the daytime clerk told us she would call as soon as our room was ready but she didn't bother.

The breakfast.
I woke up with a big cockroach crawling on me. Missing covers on fire sprinklers, pool hadnt been cleaned in a long time and the hotel staff up the manager had terrible customer service. Blamed Texas heat for cockroaches.
