Disappointing
The location view outside of the hotel looks nice.
When I tried to check out early, nobody was there even though I kept ringing the bell. So I ended waiting for at least 30 mins outside in the cold. Lastly about the deposit money, they said it will be refunded after 10am and so far nothing.

The hotel staff was nice
The the room was absolutely dirty. There was stuff missing. There was broken outlets. There was huge gap in the door. Did not feel safe in the room The carpet was filthy. It was bad enough to wear. I canceled my future reservation over there

They advertised they were pet friendly and when I showed up the staff refused me a took 65$ from my account and has not returned it.
