The first room I had there was no power in it. The AC wouldn’t come on lights wouldn’t come on no power whatsoever so the young lady at the counter switched me to a second room got in that room and it smelt like smoke smelled like a bar very bad cigarette odor and the of the bathroom was extremely dirty and I’m not found for long blonde hairs in my bed when I pulled back the covers Which was extremely gross. And then there was a group of teenagers occupying four rooms on the hall and they ran up and down the halls all night loud and they actually had a fight in the hall and there was just extremely loud up until a little after 2 AM I was highly highly highly and extremely disappointed for the amount of money that I paid the only positive thing about the hotel is the young lady that checked me in was very nice and she smiled and was very nice and gave good initial customer service, but the facilities and the people that was there and it was very, very lacking and cleanliness. And finding those hairs and the bathroom extremely dirty was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen in. My life is for cleanliness and they did absolutely nothing. They didn’t say no manager no one up to address the kids in the hall after they weren’t kids they were young adults probably in their mid to early 20s so they were adults and they knew better but they should not do that but The staff never ever ever came up to address it and this went on until little after 2 AM.
I need someone for comfort suites comfort Inn to call me an address this because I’m extremely upset that I wasted my money and my wife advised me to go to Hilton but I chose Comfort Inn because of the location in proximity of DFW airport so I need someone to call me ASAP to address this .

The rooms are amazing here. Way better than your typical hotel room. I rated it a 9 out of 10 because the coffee machine was not working
