Loved the rooms, very comfortable and not much noise from outside of room. Loved the hot tub.
Doors were really loud when they closed. Parking was not great.

The man who carried our luggage in and took care of us the whole time. When we called an Uber for that evening he made sure we were safe and was helpful with any questions we had. What a pleasure to have someone care. Also the bartenders were very nice and friendly and took care of our needs.

The location was perfect for how far our friends was located. I wish I could have gotten a room on the 9th floor, but I guess it was a convention going on this weekend. The 5th floor was ok, but the viewing was not. But overall I loved the scenery when taking a stroll around the hotel.
I didn't like how small the shower was. If two people was to take a shower together you would definitely be bumping into each other every inch.

Nice big clean room. Indoor pool heated but could be warmer for winter months. Nice hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff in Bonnie and Clyde’s.

First, my room was invaded by wasps! Then, they bugged me to check out a day before I was supposed to. And to top it off, my kid left her Christmas candy behind and the hotel staff were basically no help at all

Location was great, value was great. Loved having pool and hot tub, very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great value for the price. Did not visit the bar or restaurants but lovely to have the option.
Only negative was it took forever to get hot water for shower. But we were on 4th floor. And when we were enjoying the pool, paint was falling from the ceiling into the pool.

an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic—just a short distance from the historic downtown, which made exploring so convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
