The room was much more spacious than expected! I really appreciated the layout with two separate sleeping areas and a pull-out couch—it gave all three of us our own space, which made the short stay very comfortable. Although we were only there for about 12 hours before our flight, everything was excellent.

Very dirty. Toilet was unflushed when we walked in, sink was clogged and overall dirty room. Rusted appliances in the restroom and mold. No fridge in the room either.

When I checked in on a Friday, I requested a room on the third floor and Saturday they started construction on the same floor I was on beating and hammering, if they knew that they was gonna be having some work done, they should’ve made me aware of that when I checked it, very disappointed and unprofessional

Shuttle from the airport took too long - 45 min.
The plug-in next to the bed to charge my phone did not work.
There was not any lotion in the bathroom.
We tried to get lunch at the bistro but were told it was not open during the day - even though you advertise lunch being offered.
A spider was hanging from its web right above the bed! It scared my girlfriend to death and it was hard for her to sleep given she was worried about other spiders above the bed during the night.

Staff was great front desk made check-in with my son's ESA quick and easy.
We were on the 1st floor, but the elevator was out, which would have caused issues if we were on an upper floor.

I only stayed a few hours to sleep, basically. Staff were pleasant. The ice machine did not work, but I was able to get ice from the little bistro. The man working the bistro Sat morning was very friendly and polite!

This property is outdated and dirty. The only nice thing is the outside. The inside doesn’t look as nice as pictures very misleading. Will not stay here again. Room had not been cleaned very good or if at all.

This property is under construction and you will get a message the day you check in telling you their is construction going on from 7am- 8pm but we showed up after 9pm to check in and they are still working on the main entrance and no parking due to crews on the site drove around and most the bottom floor had all kinds of workers working it was a lot of random guys we did not feel comfortable and it was loud just walking in to check in so my advice do not book unless you call ahead and see if the remodel of this property is still going on!
