The staff was awesome, and the hotel was very clean and well-organized. There was a pleseant smell throughout the hotel. It was uptodate and well kept.
The finishing touches where no up to parr. The buttons for the elevator are not fit to size and the carpet could use cleaning or replace. Some of the walls look like the had mold or water damage that was not clean completely or properly

The location was great with many restaurants within a few miles of the hotel. Hotel was also located within 2 miles from the Toyota music factory..
The hotels elevator went out of service on my second night, so I had to look my luggage down four flights of steps.

The breakfast was good
The toilet was clogged, the ac did not work, the elevator was broken and the sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable. I would have been better off sleeping on the floor.

Overall located in a good part of town. The breakfast was good and was a spacious breakfast area.
Beds were u comfortable. Very hard. The room needed better house keeping. Crumbs all over the room. Did not like the barn door for the bathroom. Asked the staff for extra blankets and was told they didn’t have any extra blankets. ??♀️
